SS765 Stainless Steel 304 Shark Fin End Anchor

Named for its fin-shaped profile, the SS765 end anchor terminates a lifeline cable at a fixed point. It is made of stainless steel 304, measures 228 mm in length, has a sleeve anchor fixing type and a net weight of 623 g. It is offered both as a vertical lifeline component and as part of the horizontal via ferrata system, so it can be considered for either layout subject to the system design.

End anchors carry the highest loads in a lifeline, because a fall anywhere along the line pulls on them through the cable. They are typically paired with a shock absorber and tensioner at the line ends. Applications include roof and facade lifelines, walkways and via ferrata routes on rock.
