B211 Aluminium Alloy Carabiner, 23 kN

B211 is formed from 10 mm aluminium alloy bar into a 107 x 66 mm frame. Breaking strength is listed at 23 kN, the gate opens to 21 mm and the connector weighs 65 g. Both the product photo and the dimension drawing show a threaded locking sleeve on the gate.

B211 is the base model of a small family built on the same 107 x 66 mm, 10 mm bar frame: B212K is listed as auto-locking, while B214K is pictured with a plain solid gate and the widest opening, 24 mm. Choosing between them comes down to how the connector will be used, manual locking for anchors and equipment that is set up and checked, automatic locking for connections that are opened often, and non-locking for racking.
