A304KTL Aluminium Swivel Hook, Twist-Lock Gate

The A304KTL body is aluminium alloy, 180.9 mm long and 79.7 mm wide, with a 25 kN breaking strength. Its twist-lock gate opens when the sleeve is rotated and closes and relocks automatically once released, so the hook is never left unlocked by oversight.

Twist-lock swivel hooks are a common middle ground in fall protection: faster to operate than a triple lock, but safer than a manual screw gate for connections the user makes over and over. The swivel lets the attached line rotate, which helps on retractable lifelines and on lanyards where the user changes direction often. Typical sectors are construction, scaffolding, tower work and plant maintenance.

When preparing an RFQ, confirm weight, gate opening, the gate's locking sequence and the markings your standard requires. The same hook is available with an indicator feature as A304DKTL, and with a triple-lock gate as A304KTL-3.
