321 Steel Carabiner, Twist-Lock or Auto Twist-Lock Gate

Model 321 is steel, 10 mm in diameter, 110 mm long and 62 mm wide, with a 22 mm gate opening and a 40 kN breaking strength. Two gate choices are offered: twist lock and auto twist lock.

The 40 kN rating on a 110 mm steel frame gives a large reserve over the loads seen in single-person fall arrest, so this size is often used where a connector may sit inside a rescue, haul or multi-person system as well as on ordinary lanyards. The twist-lock action can be operated one-handed, which helps when the user is holding on with the other hand.

Ask the factory to explain the difference between the two gate options as offered, and confirm weight and finish, which are not listed. Include the standard and marking requirements of your market. Models 322 / 323 share the same frame with auto-lock or triple-lock gates. Power Honour can make 321 as an OEM or private-label carabiner and can modify it to a customer drawing.
