The HTE-1H-A204KTL is a tool tether bungee lanyard with one aluminium swivel hook and one bungee loop on 20 mm nylon webbing, 103 cm long when relaxed. The swivel lets the tool turn without twisting the tether, and the lanyard is used to stop hand tools being dropped at height.

Product details
The difference from the A103-based tethers is the hook: the HTE-1H-A204KTL uses the A204 aluminium swivel hook, which rotates so the lanyard does not wind up as the tool is turned in use. The hook is offered as a twist lock (A204KTL) or a triple lock (A204-KTL-2), and its listed strength is 8 kN. The other end is a bungee loop for fitting to the tool, and the 20 mm nylon webbing measures 103 cm relaxed including the hook.
Swivelling tethers suit tools that are rotated repeatedly, such as wrenches, ratchets and drivers used by tower, utility and maintenance technicians. The tether is a dropped-object control, not personal fall protection. The 8 kN value is the hook strength; no tool weight capacity is published, so the buyer should specify the maximum tool weight and confirm it by testing.
