2200SG D-Shape Galvanised Steel Screw-Lock Carabiner

The 2200SG frame is galvanised steel in a D shape, 113 x 63 mm, made from 12 mm diameter bar. It is rated at 50 kN breaking strength. With the screw-lock sleeve, the gate opening is 20 mm, 1 mm less than the twist-lock and triple-lock versions of the same carabiner.

A screw-lock gate is closed by hand and stays locked until the user unscrews it. That makes 2200SG appropriate for connections that are set up once and then loaded many times: anchor points in rescue systems, attachment of pulleys or rope grabs, and rigging links. Users must be trained to check the sleeve is fully closed, because it does not lock itself.

Weight is available on request with the drawing; also confirm whether the galvanised finish suits your environment. Include the standard and marking requirements of your market in the RFQ.
