Stainless Steel Rigging Hardware
Stainless Steel Quick Links
2 products
Quick links are screw-sleeve connectors that join chain, rope eyes, thimbles and fittings in a semi-permanent way: the sleeve is unscrewed to open the gap and tightened to close it. This category lists two AISI 304 stainless steel designs, the SS7350 quick link in nine sizes from 3.5 to 12 mm and the SS7351 delta (triangular) link in five sizes from 4 to 12 mm. Both suit architectural wire systems, signage, shade structures, chain fixings and general marine rigging. They are hardware connectors rather than PPE: climbing and fall-protection connectors are tested and marked to standards such as EN 12275 or EN 362, and these links carry no such rating. Power Honour can supply both under a private label, or in other grades and sizes to a customer drawing.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between a standard quick link and a delta link?
- The standard quick link has a long, roughly oval shape that is loaded along its length. A delta link is triangular, giving a wide base where two or three attachments can sit side by side and a narrow end for a single connection. Choose the delta where several items must gather at one point.
- Are stainless quick links suitable for climbing or fall protection?
- Not these. PPE connectors must be tested and marked to standards such as EN 362 for fall protection or EN 12275 for mountaineering, and the SS7350 and SS7351 carry no such rating or load figure. They are intended as general rigging and hardware connectors.
- How should the sleeve be closed?
- The sleeve should be screwed fully closed so that no thread is exposed at the gap, and on permanent installations it is commonly finished with a spanner rather than by hand. A link left open or partly closed is much weaker and can work open under vibration. Periodic checks are advisable where links stay in place.
- Why are these links made in 304 rather than 316?
- Grade 304 gives good corrosion resistance for most outdoor and sheltered marine uses at a lower material cost than 316. Where links will be immersed or stay wet with sea water, 316 is the usual specification. If a different grade is needed, state it in the RFQ.
- What should an RFQ for quick links include?
- Give the code (SS7350 or SS7351), the sizes and quantity per size, the grade required and any packaging or private-label needs. If the link must pass through a specific eye or chain, state the internal dimension needed. Drawings are welcome for modified designs.

G80 Lifting Components: ASTM A952, ASME B30 and What Importers Check
G80 lifting components, the forged hooks, master links and coupling links in Grade 80 chain slings, are specified under ASTM A952 and used within ASME B30.9. Here is what the grade means and what to verify before stocking them.

Different size, material, finish, strength rating or gate, or a part that is not here at all. Send a drawing or a sample and we will come back with a DFM review and a quotation.
- A reply within two business days from our team in Taipei.
- NDA on request before drawings or specifications change hands.
- An engineering and DFM review, not a sales pitch — we will say so if we are the wrong fit.
