Product details
The SRG-2100 is built from three parts: a steel case, steel pins and aluminium alloy sleeves carried on those pins. The complete unit weighs 330 g. In the product photo, the sleeves sit across the open case so that the rope bears on them rather than on the edge it passes over.
Edge protection is one of the main safety concerns in rope work: a loaded rope moving over concrete, steel or rock can be abraded or cut quickly. A rigid rope guard keeps the rope off the edge and gives it a smooth radius to run over, which is useful at parapets, rock lips, tree crotches or structural members in rope access, rescue and rigging.
Buyers should specify the rope diameters the SRG-2100 must accept, any rated load or standard their market requires, and finish and marking. Power Honour can supply the SRG-2100 under private label or modify the case and sleeves to a customer drawing.
